I just came across this article by Karen Ansel, RD on Cooking Light on the best foods for all-day energy and had to share it with you. Lately my energy levels have been low due to my busy work schedule, so I am definitely going to try to incorporate some of these foods in my daily diet! I have been relying too much on caffeine than improving my diet. Surprisingly, coffee is on this list, but I am trying to cut out the amount of coffee I am drinking so I did not include it on my top 5.
