- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large garlic cloved, peeled
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper as desired
- Wash basil leaves.

- Add all ingredients to a small magic bullet cup, blender, or mini food processor and blend until well blended.

- Taste and add salt and pepper as needed.
Makes ½ cup pesto sauce (enough for 2-3 servings of pasta)
